The Fine Print

• The cottage contains handmade items, all made by members of Rankin Cottage Crafts, Inc.
• There is no guarantee that any item seen in a photo on this site will still be in the cottage. But if you see something here and just have to have it, contact us and we will see what we can do.
• If you see something you like but want something slightly different (for example, in a different colour, or a different size, or with someone's name on it), just ask. Most of our members are happy to make things just for you!
• We do take orders, but only by you coming in to the Cottage or contacting us via email or Facebook. This way, we can make sure we put you in contact with the right person for what you are after.
• Any orders can be collected from the Cottage. We don't usually post out orders, but please contact us if you are unable to attend the Cottage.

• All food sold in the cottage will contain a list of the ingredients and the date it was made.
• All clothing sold in the cottage will contain details of the fabric used, care instructions, and where appropriate, size.
• We do not exchange or refund if you have changed your mind. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase (eg it is faulty, the quality is not up to scratch, it is not fit for purpose), contact us with the details, and we will try to sort it out.
• Your purchase has been handmade, with care. Please look after it, with care. Because it has been handmade, it may not withstand the harsh treatment you can sometimes get away with for commercially made products. Individual items will come with specific care instructions if they are required.
